New GAF Architectural Shingles

Here we installed new GAF architectural shingles over this tabby finished house. We first removed the old roof, down to the decking, and then installed new synthetic felt paper and white drip edge. Once that was done, we installed our starter strips, and began to lay new shingles. we used new Pipe flashings, and GAF Cobra ridge vent, along with GAF weathered wood Hip and ridge cap in order to qualify the roof for the unlimited wind warranty offered by the manufacturer. This roof has a life expectancy of up to 30 years, and comes with a transferable warranty.
