GAF Slate HDZ Roof install in Brunswick, Ga.
Here we installed a new GAF Slate HDZ roof in the color slate for this home owner in Glynn County, Ga.
This client was the third in this particular neighborhood we've done in the last couple of months on Blythe Island. The first was a referral, the second was recommended to us, and finally this roof, was recommended by the other two. We're very proud to be able to service the Brunswick, Ga area, and to continually be recommended by so many. So, how did we install this roof?
We start our roofs with scheduling first. We schedule the Dumpsters, Materials, and finally with the home owners as to what are the most favorable days. We then begin setting tarps up, and removing the roof entailing a complete tear off down to the roofs decking or sheathing.
Following, we install Drip Edge, Rake edge, GAF Storm Guard in all of the valleys, painted drip edge, Premium Synthetic underlayment, GAF Pro start, and then begin installing GAF HDZ Shingles. We replace all damaged flashings and pipe flashings, and finish with GAF Hip and Ridge cap.
We clean up the property and magnet roll for nails which are common to roofing. Finally, we do a final inspection, remove the dumpsters and waste, and payment is due at completion.
Some of our clients finance. We offer options to finance roofs for up to 30 years, with credit scores as low as 620. If you would like a free quote on your current roofing system, whether Metal or shingles, we would be happy to give you a free quote.
