Lifetime roofing system

Here we added a new GAF Lifetime Roofing System in Glynn County, Ga to over 7,000 sq ft of roof. We started by tearing everything off down to the decking. We then installed ice and water shield, and GAF weather guard on the low sloped portion of the roof. We added the synthetic underlayment, Black painted drip edge, and then GAF Starter Strips. We proceeded to add GAF HDZ Shingles, with GAF Cobra Ridge vent, pipe flashings, and Finished with GAF Hip and Ridge cap.

GAF will warranty this roof for up to 50 years. If we did not use the property materials, this warranty could be made completely invalid. It's incredibly important to use a roofing company that 1) You can trust. 2) knows what they're doing, and 3) takes the time to communicate with the manufacturer so that you can get the best warranty for your roof over the longest period of time.
