In order to properly maintain your flat roof system, its important to inspect it regularly. In this instance, we see the TPO roofing system has detached, most likely from the water pressure pulling it from the wall. There are now ripples which need to be removed, there is vegitation growing where water is ponding, and the TPO membrance needs to be re-attached to the wall. Usually this starts from lack of drainage, small tears over time collecting water/wind, or also extreme temperatures. Be sure to have your flat roof inspected often for proper drainage, in order to protect your investment, and everything underneath. Remember, it's often out of site, but it doesn't mean you should keep it out of mind. Your roof is your first line of defense in water damage prevention.
